Want to know what makes FITSOM different from the rest?
FITSOM is more than just a gym, we’re a purpose-driven fitness community based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Led by degree-qualified Sport Scientist and Exercise Physiologists Utilising allied health services whether you are living with a chronic condition or long term injury we utilise our professional expertise during our consultations to give you the guidance you need to start your training. With a strong foundation in functional movement and evidence-based training, we focus on moving your body the way it was designed to, with strength, purpose, and balance.

Our classes are grounded in full-body functional training and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), but that’s just the beginning. We take a 360º approach to wellness, combining fitness, and mental wellbeing to help you feel your best inside and out.

Whether it’s an indoor session, training outdoors by the sea, or finishing with breath work and guided meditation to reset your nervous system - FITSOM is here to support both your body and your mind.
